Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

The Romance Specialists, LLC guarantees:

If we fail to provide an entire service or entire product that we are suppose to provide (such as failed to provide the bouquet or a lei), we will refund the cost of that service or product that we failed to provide.
If a client is dissatisfied with a provided service or product, they have up to five days after the wedding to bring it to our attention and we will work with the clients to resolve the problem. If we are unable to resolve the problem then we will refund the clients a portion of or the entire administrative service fees which is estimated anywhere between $100 - $200 per wedding depending upon the package and services purchased. No refund will ever exceed $200 for services and products provided unless authorized by the owner of The Romance Specialists, LLC.
All refunds must be approved by the Romance Specialists.
Only valid complaints that have exhausted all other reasonable alternatives will be considered for refund.
